Old Henry Crossings will be a four-story, Class A 120,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility/medical office building. The building has been designed to include a 24-hour emergency room, laboratory, radiology rehabilitation services, oncology services including a linear accelerator, a range of diagnostic imaging services and physician offices.

Constructed:	Construction began in May 2008; and the center is scheduled to open in August 2009.
Innovative Concepts:	+ Shell building designed (and to be constructed) to accommodate emergency room build-out, lab space, oncology services and physician offices. + Faulkner assembled the 80 acres necessary to develop this new medical campus, as well as developed the concept plan for a new hospital campus.
