One of our greatest strengths is our ability to help our partners meet their capital asset needs. For instance, we’ve helped one of Kentucky’s largest health care providers grow to more than 40 locations throughout the region, including five hospitals and seven immediate care centers.

This partnership began with Faulkner developing medical office buildings on-campus. It has grown to include acquiring existing office buildings, constructing build-to-suit medical office buildings, as well as developing a highly specialized women’s pavilion. Throughout this partnership, Faulkner acquired an expertise in aligning itself with our clients’ strategic needs, as well as establishing meaningful relationships with various doctors and physician groups.
